"THE WORST 21 DAYS, FOR TRUTH, IN POLITICAL HISTORY"

American people have to be asking, "Is there any truth in politics, at all?" Of course, the majority of Americans already know (with an 8% approval rating of congress and a 29-34% approval rating for the President) there is not many, if any, politicians who are honest and tell the truth, except when it suits them. Maybe the question should be, "Is there anything not worth lying about, amongst politicians?" Truth, as defined by the "WIKOPEDIA Online Dictionary," is: The meaning of the word truth extends from honesty, good faith, and sincerity in general, to agreement with fact, or reality, in particular. After all, these are the people who are running the country, have the clearance and knowledge not afforded to "the common man," and most importantly, these are the people who are chosen to "serve" the American people and American good.

In the last twenty days, countless politicians have been brought down, or had the spot light shown down on their lies, infidelities, and complete lack of truth? Nothing is sacred, or worth telling the truth about, in the Congress, Senate, Governor's Mansion, the Attorney General of the State, and Presidential Candidates. In less than a calendar week, at least eight politicians have been caught, from the ambiguous, to flat out lies and deceit. Counting the people serving, the candidates running for President of the United States, there are countless more.

Elliott Spitzer, was caught using high end call girls. His replacement, Lt. Governor David Paterson, has not only cheated on his wife (using tax and the people of New York's cash, for hotels, et. Al), but he has now admitted to doing cocaine and smoking marijuana. Former Presidential candidate, Rudi Guiliani, also had trysts with women, has been married three times, and used tax dollar funds (in the form of protection for his mistress, by the secret service, while still married). These three men, all of whom are narcissistic men, are just former and current leaders in state government in New York. However, they were all attorneys, at one time, and also had to swear to uphold the law (lie number one). They also took oaths, to be faithful to their wives (lie number 2). They also took an oath to preserve the will of the people and stay lawful (lie number 3). These exact same "alleged acts," are hitting the mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick. Except, Kilpatrick lied "allegedly" committed purgery, was having an affair with his top aid, and faces six other federal charges, in Wayne County. Three of four, of these state elected men, have had these transgressions in the last two calendar weeks.

Hillary Clinton was just caught in a major lie, saying that she was on the way to Bosnia, when Chelsea (her daughter) and Senator Clinton heard, "there would be no red carpet, snipers were around the landing strip, and they had to run straight from the plane, to the cars, who took them to the base." What a fabulous and heroic story, she told, it is just to bad that it was all made up and a lie. Mrs. Clinton has a checkered past, when the time comes to open her mouth. She also said, "In school, she was a soccer player." However, after reevaluation her school did not have a girls soccer team, at all. There is no way to tell what is true and what is false, with Mrs. Clinton.

Barack Obama, another Presidential candidate, who has had a lot of trouble over the past two weeks. The Reverend Jeremiah Wright has been Obama's personal mentor, religious advisor, part of Obama's campaign, and finally the Obama's Reverend, for over twenty-two years. By this time, everyone in America has heard what Wright spewed out of his mouth, in the pulpit of his church and countless other venues. However, the lies that Obama told, about if, when, and how much of Wright's speeches he actually heard, have not gathered the traction. His answers were expansive and all over the map. On Friday, Obama did an exclusive interview, saying, "He had no idea of the 'specific' comments made by Wright, and was never in the pew, when Wright said those things." However, by Sunday, Obama changed his story just a little bit, saying, "that he was just not in the pews." Monday came around and Obama said, "He knew that Wright had said those things. He was not in the pews, but he was like an uncle, that you could not disown." Later in the week, Barack Obama went on to change his story, again. Stating that he had taken Wright off of his campaign committee, but he would still be his spiritual advisor. He also compared Wright to his mother's comment, "typical white people," and even his grandma (who used the "N word"), but he would always be near and dear to Jeremiah Wright. The media never did care to piece together all of the lies and half truths, Obama told over the past week.

Finally, John McCain, a war hero, champion of many causes, and the Republican Presidential nominee. When he was asked about Obama's problem, with the Wright controversy, he said that he did not want to get into it and, "those kind of politics were not for him." However, what he was really saying was, he had just announced that Rod Parsley was his spiritual advisor. Rod Parsley thinks and speaks out against Islam and Muslims. He has said, "they will go to hell, for the religion and cult they believe in" (speaking about the Muslims, across the globe). Indirectly, John McCain has also been evasive, non-truthful, and has been out of the way based on things not said.

Where does it all end? When will the politicians, pundits, and overall the people we are paying, to serve the United States, going to realize that the truth is what people want? They want to have leaders that are affable, not swayed by public opinion, polls, and the special interests, but most of all the people want leaders that are completely transparent and honest. Honesty is something people have to work on, invest their souls in, and build with the American people. Trust is not just given, it is earned. Obviously, over the last two calendar weeks countless people, pundits, and politicians have been exposed for "gutter politics," adultery, lying about federal issues, perjury, drugs use, deviant and federal criminal behavior, and the simplest, lying to save their own careers and political futures. The last fourteen days is the largest spectacle of political hubris, than any other fourteen days in political history.

Barack Obama struck a chord, early on, with the country and young adults, because he was supposed to be the face, the grit, and the man with virtue to turn the country around. Fourteen days later, even "The Golden Boy" of the media, Obama is tarnished and will be exposed. He has shown that when it comes to character, choices to walk away from hate speech and the overall degradation of America, he is not beyond reproach, either.

"HUGE FAILURE, AT THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE"

Of course, the ad "Who do you want to answer the phone, at 3 a.m.?," has had a huge play on words and impact, on almost every channel, radio show, and media outlet. However, now some may want to ask, "What is the United States Dept. of Defense, shipping to Taiwan, at 3 a.m.?" It has come out, courtesy of the Taiwan Government, China, and the Associated Press, the D. O. D. has shipped components and the electronic tips, of our nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles, instead of the helicopter parts, the United States was to ship, for almost a year.

Robert Gates, the head of the Dept. of Defense (D. O. D.), was furious, in his press conference today, saying, "We will be taking a complete, comprehensive overhaul and inventory, on ALL nuclear missile and United States nuclear parts, starting today." A spokesman, from the D. O. D., came out and gave a more simplistic answer, "The Department of Defense is a huge department, with many categories and internal components, sometimes mistakes are made." When the America is supposed to ship helicopter parts, but ships ballistic missile parts, to a country having huge problems with another "Super Power," it is not just "a mistake." Talk about having a C.Y.A. moment, for the D. O. D. spokesman, praying to not lose his job, in trying to make a huge mistake, into "a simple mistake."

Mistakes are made every day. Some, may make a mistake like not delivering a paper to the correct address, forgetting a friends birthday, or countless other things counted, as real mistakes, everyday. Sending intercontinental ballistic missile parts, to a country that has a strained relationship with China (who happens to be hosting the Olympics, in just 5 months, and is worried about their whole public relations campaign. Although, that is not stopping them from the beating of monks, innocent civilians, plus the world has an eye on them for the countless threats and civil unrests, against Tibet and Taiwan) is not a mistake. It is a monumental breach in both national and international security. Sending a bicycle sprocket, to a man in Canada, when he purchased a gasket off Ebay, is a mistake. However, when the actual tips and lead cones, off of ICBMs (the missiles), are sent instead of helicopter parts, that is not a mistake.

Of course the D. O. D. is a monumentally tough department to manage, compartmentalize, and deal with, day in and day out. Although, the United States government, Robert Gates, or anyone else with the security clearance, should never have "ANY" option, for nuclear materials, parts, and most importantly information on America's ICBMs getting into the hands of other countries. Eight months has gone by, before the mistake was even caught?! Therefore, the Taiwan government, knew what they had the ICBM cones and parts (plus instructions, time to take them apart, bring people into the country to help and look at them, plus who knows what else), did not report and send them back immediately, they just kept on asking for the "helicopter parts" they ordered, from the U. S.. Stating they had yet to receive them, while the U. S. said they had sent them, but could not figure out why there was a problem.

There are two key questions and one monumental decision, Robert Gates should be taking into consideration. First, Gates should figure out why the Taiwan Government, did not immediately notify and send back the ICBM parts? Second, Gates needs to find out what repercussions and possibly intelligence the United States has given up, not only to Taiwan, but to anyone else the Taiwan Government could have shared the ICBM tips and cones, with any country in the world? Finally, Gates needs to hammer and fire, whomever is responsible for this problem and overall misguided breach in the United States National Security!

"OBAMA NEEDS TO EXPLAIN MORE...."

Robert Kennedy said, "We are never going to accomplish anything, in this nation of ours, as a divided people." Barack Obama made a conscious choice, to use this quote from Robert Kennedy, because of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright scandal, which erupted recently over all media outlets. Reverend Jeremiah Wright and the content of "Trinity United Church of Christ" is utilizing Afro-centric, Anti-American, and constructed lies, to create an ethnic and political fervor, which is not in the best interest of the country, or people in general. Politics, race, and religion are the three topics, most people, do not delve into publicly. The media, reacted to this story, as if it were the "the bubonic plague." Some syndicated opinion/editorial writers, picked up the story early in 2007, when Obama was just starting to run for President. However, the stories received no coverage, getting no media traction, and thus the life's blood of the articles dried up. Now with full color, video feeds (from CDs, produced and sent out, from the church itself, with Wright booming away), there is no putting "the genie back in the bottle." Quotes from Wright, in the pulpit, saying:

"The government is a lie. The government lied about inventing the HIV virus, as a means of genocide against people of color."

"Barack knows, what it means to be a black man, living in a country and a culture, that is controlled by rich white people. Hillary can never know that, Hillary ain't never been called a N_gg_r."

"The government gives them [Afro-American teens, men and women], builds bigger prisons, passes a three strike rule, and then wants us to sing "God Bless America?" No, No, No, not for us, black people shouldn't be singing "God Bless America," but god damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people. God (god) damn America for treating her citizens, as less than human."

"We bombed Hiroshima. We bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York (referring to the U. S. Government attacking itself on 9-11) and the Pentagon, and yet we never batted an eye."

Barack Obama is having to do "damage control," for the Wright comments. The Wright video comments, which have dated back at least to 9-11-2001 (when Wright preached a sermon, saying that 9-11 was an inside job, the Sunday after 9-11), are wreaking havoc on Obama and his chance to become the Democratic nominee. Almost every talk show, comedy skit, news outlet, and anyone else in the media is talking about the Wright scandal. Of course, the Obama's surrogates and cheerleaders are out front fielding most of the questions, saying that "Obama has let Wright go from his campaign, said that he denounced the Wright comments, and also pledged he was not in the pew, for any of these statements."

Every single democrat interviewed, at least in public office, all said the same thing, "we should be speaking about the things effecting the American people and not dwelling on these words." Chris Dodd and Charles Schumer, on "Sunday with Chris Wallace," were the biggest names and offenders of trying to sweep the comments under the table. Schumer said, "these kinds of minor, unimportant issues are swept aside, we will see the real differences in the two candidates." However, Wallace pressed the issue, with both Dodd and Schumer, for over eight minutes, but both stayed on "talking points." (Kudos to Chris Wallace, who is one of the only reporters that still demands and asks the tough questions.)

The real issue, with Barack Obama, is where can people begin to make him accountable for his own judgments, decisions, and overall mistakes? Obama has admitted, but is still not held accountable, for any of the following:

1. Before college, "in his youth" (he says), Obama was known to use drugs. Bill Clinton, a democrat, was nearly cast off, into the ocean, for his "I did not inhale" comment. Yet, Barack Obama is given a pass, chalking drug use up to "youth."

2. Barack Obama, in college, has been fond and friends with Fascist and Socialist teachers. Forming a liberal and social agenda, in which, he carried thru college and into his new job.

3. After college, Obama became friends with William "Bill" Ayers, who was a radical, militant, and antigovernment leader of "The Underground Weathermen." Ayers, bombed the Capital Building, Pentagon, and nine other government installations. However, was not found guilty, due to police and evidence mishandling, of the case. Along with Ayers, Barack Obama, became close friends and business partners, with Antoine "Tony" Rezco. Rezco and Obama were into housing and working with the overall, south side, poor side of Chicago. However, Rezco is now up on federal fraud and multiple charges, for his dealings and transgressions. Rezco and Obama were together for over a decade, Rezco held over five fund raisers for Barack, and overall Obama did not distance himself, until Rezco became a political liability. Obama will not even answer questions about Rezco, or gives the, "I can't be held accountable for everyone around my campaign answer."

4. Finally, Jeremiah Wright is in Obama's life.

The American people should be well informed and concerned about the recent outing of comments from Wright, but also about his life, business partners and deals, and the friends and close companions. "Every person" in Obama's life is not important, but the people who have made a distinct imprint on him, his philosophies on life, ethics, morality, and most of all his potential policies, for the United States of America, if he becomes President.

In Wright's pulpit, the sermons are in direct opposition to almost everything, Obama says he stands for, while running for President. Knowing that a church is peddling Afro-Centric disenfranchisement, anti-Semites, hypocrisy, anti-American rhetoric, hate, and an overall disdain for anyone, not of color in America, is not attributes a possible president/presidential candidate should aspire to, or covet. In fact, when most people are faced with a conscious decision, to sit thru an hour of someone preaching to them, with lies, hate speech, Americans deserving to die, or walk out. Most people would "choose," to walk out. However, Obama did not walk out, he is still a member of the church.

Is this good judgment, or the judgment of "the commander-in-chief?" If Obama had just attended the church, as a casual Christian, did not know what the church was completely about, or had only been a member for a year (or two), it could be excusable. However, twenty years of hate filled speech and a pastor who is an outlandish figure (being looked at, for crimes), filled with spite and contrite messages, there is no excuse.In trying to find some good reasoning, for Obama's lack of action in finding another church, based on the constant barrage of anti-American and false comments, is hard to do. Barack Obama and Jeremiah Wright served on a "nonprofit" board together, but Wright is being looked into (as is the church business office) by the Internal Revenue Service and police. Maybe, some would argue Obama could have been, "born into the church." However, Obama attended both Muslim and Christian schools, in his youth, not making a decision to join the Wright church, until he was an adult. As religious people, the choice of a faith, spirituality, and the content of the church chosen, is a personal decision. Although, Barack Obama, is running for President, making the circumstances different, based on what his views on issues "in the Oval Office" and who may be advising him. Therefore, it begs to question, where he stands on the issues of Wright's pulpit, messages, and the overall church standings, personally, in his community and in content.

Where does Obama stand after twenty years of the hate speech, anti-Semitism, a specific benchmark of Afro-centric theme, anti-American, and non-Biblical teachings, without walking away with any of it? How does a man who professes to have superb judgment and stumps on hope, tolerance and peace, when every Sunday he is coveting a friend, pastor and message to the contrary? He decided the Wright church and message was for him, his wife, and their kids, rather than trying to find another Christian facility/church, based on love, peace, "John 3:16" and other essential Christian doctrine. There is not anyone to blame, answer for where he stands, or give a reason why he continued to stay and worship in a place that spews out such filth and lies, except Barack Obama.

"GEORGE BUSH, PLAYS DOWN RECESSION & ECONOMY CRUNCH"

President Bush said, "When you over correct, you end up in the ditch." Clever words, from a President with a 28% approval rating (depending on which poll, looked at) and an economy that is going south, fast. President Bush was speaking at the "The Economic Club of New York," trying to convince all in attendance, plus the American people, the economy is not in a free fall, the "Bush Tax Cuts" should be made permanent, and to much government intervening could be a catastrophe, for America. The President of the United States, used a multitude of anecdotal and colorful comments, assuring the people the economy was not in a recession and the U. S. economic ship will be righted. President Bush, a man who has consistently been criticized for "staying the course" and not pulling out of some policy decisions, even if the American people, advisors, or the world thinks he may be wrong, is still beating the same horse. Maybe, President Bush should be going with a strategy of, "it is better to have egg on your face (admitting a wrong policy), than something else on your head (for pressing forward)."

Bush also said today, "that markets need time to self correct," "that anytime the government intervenes in the market, it must do so with clear purpose and great care" and "if Congress does not make the tax cuts permanent, they will create additional uncertainty, during uncertain times." However, those are all great "talking points," but the American people are seeing gas moving closer to $4.00 a barrel, food prices rising in grocery stores, and a huge crunch on small businesses. Even when the "government stimulus checks" arrive, sometime in late May to early June, most people are going to have to use them to buy gas, extra food, and necessities, things that will not help the economy rebound. Dumping more on Mr. Bush's head, because of the lack of foresight into the American plight, buying strategies, and sticking with "Wall Street," rather than knowing "Main Street."

The President boomed, at the men and women of Congress, to make his tax cuts permanent. Economist, actor and the "get the red out" commercial man, Ben Stein was hosting and a big part of the event. Stein campaigned in 2005 for an overhaul of Social Security, yet is no schill for Bush. He believes that the "Bush tax cuts," are a main reason why the housing market and sub-prime mortgage crash, deficit spending and overall credit crunch has happened. Stein, is an economic guru and has an affinity with President Bush. Yet he spoke on camera, saying, "I love Mr. Bush. He will always have my vote and appreciation for the many good things he has done [for the country], but I think that he did this wrong. We have had fiscal mismanagement for some time now. The chickens have come home to roost. We've got to stop it. We owe it to our grandchildren, or else we will leave them, as pions of the Asians and Petro states."

The majority of the United States debt, projected anywhere from $11 to $16 trillion, is mostly owned by China and Asian countries. This is not only a huge crunch on the U. S. dollar, but it is also a major national defense issue. China is buying up American debt, they are also buying all of the oil, natural gas, and many other natural resources around the globe. China, who is hosting the "2008 Winter Olympics," in Beijing, is now a "super power." The Chinese have been increasingly flexing new found muscle, not only in both the economic, but also in defense areas. Last year alone, the Chinese sent "cyber war" viruses into the Pentagon and other government installations (causing all email to shut down completely and other Internet problems), several Chinese-Americans and other Chinese immigrants (legal, some on a Z-Visa programs, and illegal immigrants, as well) have been caught/charged with espionage and successfully transferring information, plus certain defense parts back to their homeland. China launched and shot down a space satellite, with an intercontinental ballistic missile, something that has never been done before. China and Russia have completely blocked, or abstained from voting, against Iran, in United Nations. However, with China holding trillions of dollars of United States, George Bush and the U. S. have no power to influence China, in any way.

The housing market is in the tank, gas is over the $3.50 a gallon range, gold is over $1000 an ounce (for the first time in history), China and Russia are both getting stronger and the U. S. is getting weaker, and finally people on Main Street are all feeling the crunch. In today's speech and event, President Bush had little to say and even less to assure the people of America. Recession is in the first stages, by all accounts, and unless something is done fast, it will become a full blown economy recession. Still, President Bush stands fast, stating the rebate checks (coming in May/June) need to be given time to work, tax cuts need to be made permanent, and dodging the egg being thrown his way. Like stated above, "George W. Bush needs to allow the egg to hit him in the face, before something else hits the fan and falls on his head."

"BARACK OBAMA, 20 YEARS WITH JEREMIAH WRIGHT, IS JUDGEMENT PROBLEM"

Making a conscious choice, to attend a church, is one of the biggest decisions of a person's life. Choosing where to go "worship the Lord" (for Muslim, Jewish, Christian, et. al), having the soul fed, and building a relationship to a higher power, is exceptionally hard. There are three main things to consider, before investing (what one would consider, in some religions) a person's eternal soul, in choosing a church/place of worship. First, a person must make a theological choice (whether to become Jewish, Muslim, Christian church, et. al), a denominational choice (type of theology/dogma, Jewish Cabbala, Orthodox Jewish, Shiite Muslim, Sunni Muslim, Baptist, Lutheran, Catholic, or other denominations), and finally one has to make a choice of the content. The churches pastor, priest, minister, and/or teacher, content of message, ethics and morality of the sermons of the church are all paramount. A precise ratio of the above, mix of cultural and environmental effects combine, for a person to make a fulfilled decision. Possibly, a choice impacting their lives for years, and for eternity (pending on the religious belief system). Barack Obama has attended and is a member of the "Trinity United Church of Christ." Until the last two months, the church was headed by Jeremiah Wright, and also the head pastor.

Barack Obama was married in this church, his children were baptized by Wright, Obama’s book "The Audacity of Hope" came from one of Jeremiah Wright's sermons, and Barack Obama considers (by his own admission) that Wright is a "close friend, confidant, business partner and an inspiration of hope to all Christians." Barack Obama is a man who peddles the concept of change, unity, and hope for the United States, in his bid for President. Hope, change, mixed with his good judgment, are the key stones that have made Obama the front runner and possible democratic nominee. He is the Democratic Party's "rock star" and best hope (if you buy into the pundits, media, and certain pollsters hype), of taking over the White House. Obama possesses a powerful mix of looks, style, charismatic prowess, and the political control to let things that do not seem to matter, slide. He has prided himself on being, "above the politics as usual" and consistently speaks on how he will change the country, thru hope and a "yes we can" attitude. However, actions speak louder than words, or so the expression goes.

For Barack Obama, where is the "Christian Doctrine," hope, change and unity/platform, and finally the Presidential judgment, in a church, where the pastor says the below and why is the media not asking him about where he stand on these statements:

"We have supported 'state terrorism' against the Palestinians, black South Africans, and now we are indignant, because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought into our own front yards."
