When a person is elected, by the people, to represent the people, it bodes well for them to do the very best job they can do for everyone, not for themselves. However, being a local, state, national representative of any kind "IS A JOB!" It is not supposed to be vacations (3-6 times a year) in Nantucket, Cabo San Lucas , or wherever else their hearts desire. As a rule, most jobs do not offer people who do not work 40 hours a week, for a full year, a vacation at all. Then, after that year, they receive some kind of "full time employee package," like a weeks vacation, health care, and maybe some kind of profit sharing (while the vacation and profit sharing goes up, for a normal person, as time/years go on). Therefore, why are congressman/women, the Senate, and President of the United States balking and some outright stating, they will not be reading the health care bill (like they did with the Stimulus, Omnibus, and other bills which have been rammed thru to law, by the democrat clad House, Senate, and President)?

John Conyers, Jr. Michigan's Democratic 14th District Congressman, stated on the floor of Congress today, “I love these members, they get up and say, ‘Read the bill,’” said Conyers. What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don't have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?” This Health Care Overhaul is 20% of the U. S. economy, it is 1017 pages long (at present time), has more entitlements (33), 53 new offices/bureaus/bigger government, it uses the word "SHELL" (as in shell corporation, shell money scheme, etc..) 1683 times and it could bankrupt America (LITERALLY). This does not seem to bother Conyers, as he will be going on his first vacation (after just 6 months in office this year, in a recession, no bill done at the Presidents behest, and the American people getting more and more angry) in just a handful of days (3). Conyers just told the American people he would not be reading the most important bill, possibly in American history, because it is to long and he doesn't have two attorneys (yet he is voting yes, regardless, as he stated on the floor of Congress). Would you get fired, or laid off, if you went about your job in this way? The answer is yes, you would be fired, if you still have a job (as the unemployment rate is over 10% now, in America).

Instead of Conyers and other congressman/women, senators, and (most important) President Obama delaying their vacations, in order to get America's people back to work, have better (not government, but better) health care, and fixing the U. S. economy (not to mention Israel, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and now China complaining about the U. S. debt). However, that is not going to happen. In fact, all will go home for a while and then will go onto vacationing hot spots (where they will be some of the only ones there, after Obama's speaking out against those going to Reno, Vegas, and other spots for conventions and business). Conyers himself is going home, in order to impose (like the democrats want in the health bill) government's standards on your life and health. While Conyers and other democrats will go back to their districts and states to try and sway the American people, to vote yes on a health bill to control (almost all) facets of citizens lives, listen to what they are wanting to do. Just a handful of things in the bill and/or what the outcome will be from the bill. The government has put forth taxing video games (so kids will go play outside), snacks (to fight obesity), soda/pop, and then all of the taxes which will naturally raise from the owners/production people of all things (food, energy, and just about anything you can think of, the government will have to gain revenue). Then, the government telling Americans (by taxing) what to eat, how to live, how thin/fat to be, and generally intervening in the lives of all citizens, for its own gain. While the "elected officials, who are all individually wealthy and make over $150,000 a year (in salary alone), are not effected by any of these things. In fact, they can't even bother "without two days and two attorneys" to read bills and do their own jobs. However, I hope they all have a great vacation, since the rest of America will be struggling and killing themselves to "just make do."

Obama's Mistakes Are His Fault & Were Predictable

A complete "Cap & Trade" and "Universal Health Care Overhaul" was to have transpired and become law, by next Friday (before the "August Recess"). Instead, Obama's quest to bankrupt America has fallen short (of actual good government and short on the President's time table), all on Capital Hill and President Obama will be off on VACATION. Less than six full months on the job, Barack Obama and family, will rent a $38,000 a week (they are staying a week). Although, what is failing to be seen and figured, is the White House's personal chefs, personal cleaners and staff, the countless private security (which is needed, for the President), and finally the to and from of jet fuel. All of these things will be a vacation, for Obama and his family, totaling about $240-310 million (jet fuel alone, will be close to $100,000). In a time, in our country's history, when the economy, countless unemployed (more than 300,000 new unemployed a month, and no end in sight), and the basic man is struggling to cool their homes, buy insurance, and other problems the "upper crust" of Washington will never experience.

There have been virtually no promises, from the campaign trail, to the White House, to six months into the Presidency few things President Obama have come true, or were drastic mistakes. Going around the world, apologizing for America and the "Carbon Emissions" the country has out (when China, India, and Pakistan the three fastest growing economies refuse to change their pollution policies, which would negate America's contribution, if we were to cut out all of our emissions), spewing a police department is "stupid" (on a case he admitted, "I do not know all the facts on") in front of the country, plus the promise of "If the stimulus package is passed, then unemployment will not fall below 8.0% (when the stimulus package was rushed thru congress, not read before being voted on, and yet the unemployment rate is hovering around 9.6-10.7%, depending on the exact figures used). It seems very hard to understand how a vacation is in order, for any of these people. In fact, just these things in general, should have all of these people impeached and/or fired. After all, that is what would happen, if they were working a real job (a job 99% of Americans work at), there is no doubt they would all be gone, not on vacation.

Finally, American should pray the citizens have come to their senses, because President Obama's approval rating is below 50% (48%) for the first time. This may have a lot to do with Health Care, Cap & Tax, and then again the people of America have had enough with Barack Obama the person. Where people speculated and were sucked into the "Hope and Change" theme of President Obama's primary and early days in office (almost star struck and lacking in facts, which is what the media, pundits, democratic leverage men (like David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel), and others like Rev. Jeremiah Wright, etc...etc...). However, I was not one of these people, in past entries/articles from June to February, I documented there could not be a real agent of change (or positive change), behind Obama's eyes (by the company he kept, the way he got very high politically at a meteoric rise, and how what was said behind closed doors, didn't vet with what was coming out on the stump). Ex. See Joe "the Plumber" and Obama's "Spreading the wealth comment, "The Real Obama" (an article I wrote about what Obama's Presidency would be like, which is stunningly right on), and the countless other articles others and I have written, ahead of the date, and came out right over 95% of the time (at least on my end, articles). The twenty years in Jeremiah Wright's racist, anti-Semetic, and pro-Arab church, to the Bill Ayers and Chicago ties (lending Obama to have risen to high to fast, making things look, as if, he was vaulted to the Presidency on the backs of the media, high powered liberal players and his own choices), there are the Tony Rezco (just one of Obama's friends, for years, who is now under federal indigtment) and finally there was the "San Francisco Values Speech."

The "S. F. Values Speech" alone, where Barack Obama said, "people in the middle parts of the country (referring to Pennsylvania and more of "fly over country", not the coasts and elites) cling to their Bibles, guns, and their antipathy to those who are different colors, religions and just different than they are, make them less" making them not "elites/liberals/progressives." President Obama does not need a vacation, when he has made strong statements, saying, "Health Care" and "Cap & Tax" must be passed by the August recess. There is only one reason 100 blue dog democrats (democrats who are fiscally responsible and also are in the same vein of some republican thoughts/ideas, i.e. guns, religions, etc..) and all the republicans are not going to vote for the Health Care abomination. It is not good for the country, it will kill the job market (to the tune of 15-19%, in the next 1-2 years), and finally it could bankrupt America. Seriously, the C. B. O. (Congressional Budget Organization, an independent and bipartisan group) says the deficit will grow to the $4-10 Trillion range in the next 3-5 years, jobs will stagnate and will not come back, and finally they said there will not be any change for the better in the Health Care overhaul, but in turn, it will wreck the health care system of America. A system where everyone, who has the money, comes to get their care, have surgeries, and gets major problems solved (something the nation can't afford, in multiple ways, being as there are no Hollywood and/or Washington elites going to England for surgeries.) Barack Obama wants these last two bills jammed thru, as fast as humanly possible (even if the people elected do not read the bills), in order to get them passed, in action, and well before more Americans can learn more. Does that sound like the "Change You Can Trust In?" Does this sound like a President who wants what he wants, because he and his family will never be effected (because they are multi-millionares, like most of the people who want these things), so he wants his ideologies to prosper (whether good for the country and the people want them, or not), regardless of the consequences.

Obama Says, "Stimulus Worked," While Jobs Still Tanking

"When we pass this stimulus bill, unemployment will not go above 9%," Barack Obama promised, in the first month of his Presidency. The Congress shot the stimulus package thru, faster than they could read it. However, today's unemployment has gone from 8.3% to 9.5%, in just five months. America has lost over 1.5 million jobs, since the "stimulus bill" was passed. For the month of June (alone), 200-300,000 more jobs have been lost (not counting the number of people who are not reporting, trying to collect unemployment, or are just down and out) and the unemployment rate is 9.6-10.1%.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, if Barack Obama is a good President, doing a good job, but there is no debating a concrete set of statistics. Yet, on Wednesday, President Obama came out and said, "the stimulus package is a complete success." However, there was little reported on the quote, the problem with Barack Obama's outlook on the economy, and the overall hemorrhage of jobs in the country. There is also a problem with the "Cap and Trade" policy, for Barack Obama. The "Al Gore global warming mantra" (which progressives/liberals, at a 76% rate, see as undebatable) took a hit, as emails/reports from the E. P. A. were buried (by the administration, or it's minions) and several top scientists (who think global warming is not man made, or there is no global warming at all) are banned from the upcoming scientific conference, in Russia (coming in two weeks). "Cap and Trade" and global warming are not getting accurately reported, or not reported on at all (by the mainstream and other media outlets), because of the blind obsession for Obama, the amount of control and money it is making the government, and "liberal/progressive" control (they yearn for, regardless of outcome). Longing for "huge government" and more liberties taken away, leading America farther down the Socialist Road, there is no oversight and the media is M. I. A..

President Obama is killing democracy and capitalism, one idea/bill at a time. People have to start calling Congressmen, Senators, the White House, write blogs, letters, and go above the "regular day's duties," in order to stop this madness. Coupled with the above information and countless undertow of big government, closed door decisions, America is slowly becoming a government state, not a democracy. America is going down a road, in which it may never be able to come back. Electing "Saturday Night Live" comedians to the Senate (Al Franken), no debating over anything the Obama White House does not deem necessary, and watching the media covering Michael Jackson's death five-six-seven days in a row (while Iran, N. Korea, the Iraqi pull out, and other things are not covered at all), show just how America is being taken apart like a set of "Lincoln Logs." It is up to you, because the government is on it's way to damage people, at every level of their lives. The government wants the power to say whether, or not, you can sell your house the way it is (with "Cap & Trade" a person will have to retro-fit your house, to be "Green"), how you can sell your car (then what kind of car you can buy after, and if you do not buy that car, you will be taxed at a higher rate), breaking countless promises and not being held accountable ("I will not tax anyone, who makes under $250,000, ever," is what Obama said in the primaries, but "Cap & Trade" will tax every person in the country, from the food they eat, to how they live) to the kind of foods and medicines (over the counter, Tylenol, and prescription medications, Vicodin) a person can take. Is this the way Americans want to live? Are Americans able to make the choice, or not, on what medicines they want to buy (over the counter)? What their kids learn at school, or not?

If you didn't like George W. Bush's way of leading the country (listening to phone calls and the other things, which did not infringe on daily life, but were more towards protecting the country), then you will be utterly flabbergasted, after two years of Barack Obama's Presidency. His "change" has no "Hope", it is just changing your life, to be under more and more governmental control. It seems like every big screen movie has a faux life of about five to seven years. After the five to seven years, the movies are becoming part of the American (possibly the world's) landscape. "V for Vendetta" came out just four years ago, but now it doesn't look so fictional anymore (as the government wants to tell you what to do and control you more and more). Don't believe me, go watch that movie, then think about what America would be like if "Cap & Trade", another "Stimulus Bill", and the "Obama-Care/Universal Health Care" is all passed. Why do you think Barack Obama wanted all of these things passed in his first year? He wants it all done, in order to have it in place and law, so it will not be able to be challenged (hence, passing bills in Congress without reading them, four times, in six months). Think about it!

The Lack Of Truth, Morality, & Ethics Is Taking Its Toll

Some people believe a career path chooses a person, and others believe life is what you make of it. However, when in a job of politics, education, wall street, a small business owner, a white collar, or a blue collar career, there is never a substitute for integrity and a person's word. In several different movies, books, and sayings, it is always the same, "A man has only his integrity and his word, in this world, without it you are nothing." I believe this to be a 100% true statement, in life and in a person's career, but as time goes on, these concepts creep farther and farther away. Integrity is on a sliding scale and there are few people who believe in truth (absolute truth).

Politicians, attorneys, and other high profile people, in high profile jobs, are not any different than the "normal man/woman", as "they put their pants on one leg at a time, just like everyone else." Therefore, why is there such a double standard, when it comes to promises broken, lack of intestinal fortitude to do the right things and an exponential growth narcissistic attitudes, throughout? Just in the political world, since the last election cycle of 2008, here are some of the broken promises, lack of integrity plays, and a list of double standards, just for politicians:

1. Primary 2008, Barack Obama promises, "I will have no lobbyists, or people from the media, in the White House, or my cabinet." As of today, there are over twenty lobbyists and ten people from the media, in places of power, in the Obama White House.

2. Primary 2008, Barack Obama promises "I will make sure every single bill will be posted, on the White House web site, before it goes to the floor of Congress for a vote, for five days." As of today, there have been countless bills and decisions, behind closed doors, lock outs of Republicans (on bills and major decisions). Yet, there has not been any postings on the White House web site, until after the bills have become law, or were voted on. Now President Obama, has changed his policy altogether, stating, "Things will be posted on the web site, after the bill goes thru Congress and the Senate, for the public to see." Kind of odd, for a man who pounded the previous White House (saying, "They were the worst in history on transparency"), don't you think?

3. 2009, Congress (led by Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, and others) has passed thru Congress four bills, which were not read, before a vote was made. How can anyone vote on a bill, or make any kind of a decision at all, if a person has not read what they are voting on? There is no integrity, having a vote (for the people of the United States, on ANYTHING), in which there is no time to read the bill, but the vote happens anyway.

4. May 2008, evidently, the democrats thought it would be funny to bring a speed reader, to the floor of Congress, and read (as fast as he possibly could) while the debate was happening. Once again, there is no integrity for Ms. Pelosi to pull this kind of a stunt, considering it is American business (not her own personal stand up comedy show).

5. For the last thirty years, the bipartisan support has been overflowing, for the infidelity of the politicians of Washington. Congressman Barney Frank having homosexual prostitution relations and a business (out of his own basement), Senator Ted Kennedy's affair (ending in a woman being killed), President Bill Clinton's two indiscretions (Paula Jones and Monica "blue dress" Lewinski, plus their are countless others), N. Y. Gov. Elliot Spitzer busted with prostitutes, Rep. Congressman Mark Foley soliciting/emailing "pages"/assistants of the same sex (on sexual topics), and the latest is S. C. Republican Gov. Mark Sanford left the country, going to Argentina, to continue his affair with an exotic T. V. reporter.

This is just a small list, in the landscape of American politics (both Republicans and Democrats are 100% at fault, and are accountable), but if a person cannot be trusted to follow the basic and most miniscule rules/ethics/moralities of life, how can they be trusted to spend trillions of dollars, not take bribes and actually do the "people's business," and not feel they are elected to do their own business. All of these things boil down to the basics of right and wrong. Just a sample of some of the ethics people learn, between the ages of three and ten, are not to take advantage of others, do not steal, do not have affairs on your spouse, do not make promises you can't keep, use your head, treat others as you would want them to treat you, and do not lie. Yet, so many people do the rules not apply any of these rules/ethics/morality to their lives.

You make the call, on why, because I am all out of answers. Especially, when the problems come from the people supposed to protect you (attorneys), give you quality care and have taken an oath to make the best possible outcome for your health (doctors), and finally at the highest offices in the land, our government officials (who were elected, by the people, to spend our money wisely, protect the homeland from foreign and domestic problems, and countless other duties for the people). Yet, our President, his minions, and politicians of all stripes today, spending trillions, lying outright to the American people, and do not feel they need to answer questions, it is time to just dodge them (just as long as they get more power and are reelected).

Pres. Obama Using Iran & N. Korea, To Pass "Obama-Care"

One would think, the North Korean ship (carrying missiles and possibly other problematic material), the U. S. S. John McCain shadowing/following it, would be a very newsworthy story and should be on the lips of President Obama. Instead, President Obama has a very contrived plan, and it is three fold. It deals with Iran, ramming a new Health Care system thru the Congress and the Senate, and North Korea' saber rattling.

First, President Obama is going to ramp up (as he has gradually, over the last 10 days), the rhetoric to the Iranian people. "Neda" (now the martyr and symbol of the Iranian uprising), the young Muslim woman, gunned down in cold blood, in the streets and the Iranian lady who called into CNN, "begging for the United States to help stop the slaughter of the innocent and demonstrators," are going to make it impossible for Barack Obama and the U. S. to stand by, without giving some legitimate and harsh acknowledgement of the Iranian tyranny. President Obama, should have waited for three to four days, to alleviate the "state run press," in Iran, utilizing the old adage ("America is meddling and is "the great Satan"). However, President Obama is missing a golden opportunity now, each day, to stand with the legitimate demonstrators, yearning for peace, legitimate elections, and true democracy, as they are getting slaughtered. It also makes the President look, as if, he is waiting for whom will win, take the high ground, and end in power, siding with the winner in Iran, for political gain. Most of all, it just makes the President of the United States look weak. As he did his "European Tour," before the G8 Summit, and apologized for America's "past performance." Then he went to the Middle East, stating America is not a "Christian Country" and "we are with the democracies in the Middle East." It doesn't look, as if, these were good talking points, since he has done nothing to bolster and back the Iranian youth, taking to the streets for freedom.

The second part of President Obama's plan is the fourth of July holiday, and who will be attending the White House, for the festivities (including various people from the Iranian government and other Muslim leaders). Between the above (speaking on Iran) and the fourth of July holiday, the media will have enough on it's plate to fawn over, for a full Monday thru Friday news cycle. The whole time, the Korean vessel is at sea. Yet, little (other than Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense, and the Pentagon briefings) will be said, on the mainstream, print, and from President Obama. Although, there will be constant movement on Capitol Hill, to hammer out details and push thru the "Obama-Care Health Plan." President Obama has issued a decree, to Capitol Hill. He wants the whole health care package (all $1.4 to $2.7 trillion, of tax dollars, cuts in defense and higher taxes, depending on who's number one trusts, the C. B. O., pundits, or Obama himself). Health care is Obama's number one and last brick in the wall. As the Obama White House has made a mad dash, in just five months, to take over the banks, car companies, housing, the "Fed" and has even taken out a $108 billion, to help other countries. The only thing left, for the big government, possibly socialist/Marxist, President is to make sure health care is resolved, in a hurry. It has to be in a short period of time, before the American people can see the possible problems and the final price tag (why else would he have an hour long, infomercial on his plan, dodging actual hard and pertinent questions, from the audience, and continuing to bloviate on his own plan).

About the time the health care package should come down the pike, at the same time the main debates (on the floors of the Senate and Congress) will be happening, the media and U. S. citizens are in a frenzy for the details of the bill(s). The Korean vessel, possible new nuclear test and the missiles (promised to be fired on the fourth of July) will still be in the picture. Rahm Emanuel said, "catastrophe is an opportunity." Everyone knows, never waste an opportunity, as it may never come your way again. North Korea, their missile tests (possibly shot over Japan and at Hawaii), and the vessel carrying missiles to Singapore (plus, who knows what else) will then become front page news. The Obama White House will spew out the most vile and worst case scenario, bringing China and possibly the Middle East into the picture (by saying, North Korea may have passed/is trying to pass Nuclear, biological, or other weapons into the U. S., or Europe). Barack Obama will use the "tactic of fear," what he massively criticized the Republicans, Dick Cheney and former President Bush for doing.

The Obama White House is more concerned with passing "socialized medicine" (as seen on ABC's Obamamercial, on the 24th), than the overall defense of our country. There will be some kind of a shell game, where the administration, will utilize certain parts of the geo-political spectrum, the possibility of war with North Korea (even though the country can't feed itself, and the country is completely dependent on China, who could reign them in, with a pen), to pull attention away from the debates on health care. They will become even more murky, as President Obama has officially stated, he will not be posting bills and White House business 'non-classified', until after they have gone thru the senate and congress. Originally, during the primaries, Obama criticized the Bush White House, stating, "They were the most secretive and non-transparent administration in history. Therefore, when I am President, before any bill is sent to Congress, or the Senate, there will be a five day period where I will post the bill on the White House Web Site." However, President Obama has yet to do this, and now will never do what he promised. Therefore, while America is worrying about missiles, the Middle East, and "what may happen" militarily to the United States, the democrats in power will be slathering together a bill, costing tax payers trillions, taking more choices and freedoms out of American's hands, and most of all bankrupting America (with the Socialist/Marxist/big government, all funded by you).

President Obama is a man of many talents, is one of the best orators of any generation, and he has also made many promises to the American people (both in the primaries and now in the White House). Yet, this man sent a letter to the Iranian "Supreme Leader Ayatollah" one week before the election, in Iran (which just came out, to the media, on the 24th), and still did not have the intestinal fortitude to speak out forcefully, on Iran's killing people (in bulk) in the streets. He plans to have some major political leaders from Iran and the Middle East, to the White House, to celebrate the most sacred of holidays to our country, politically, celebrating our freedom (meaning he will be celebrating with some of the most corrupt and anti-civil rights regime people, in the whole world). There has been virtually no speech on the North Korean vessel, their threats against Japan, South Korea, and saying "they will wipe America, off of the map for good."

Finally, there are no numbers, figures, how to pay for, and/or any other definitive details on the "Obama-Care" system. You tell me what President Obama, a man who has not kept many promises, won't speak without TelePrompTer and well prepared speeches, will not answer any questions he is not comfortable with, crying about Fox News, all the while, major strategic military problems are happening and civil liberties are being trounced, with little coming out of the White House. Ask yourself: Why is there no harsh speech, with people being killed in the streets of Iran? Why is there possible nuclear weapons/missiles, in North Korea, who is threatening the U. S. and trying to proliferate missiles to Singapore (an Al-Queada haven, in the south of the Philippines)? Why will there be people at the White House, on the 4th of July, who are continuing to spit in the world and America's face, with the making of nuclear weapons and countless United Nations violations? It would be a shame and possibly an impeachable offense, if President Barack Obama is using a time table to ONLY get his Health Care thru, while these other major problems go without resolution and are not spoken in detail about.
